Daniel Harris

Daniel Harris is the founding director of The Equity Exchange and serves as Director of the Community and Equity Leadership Center at John Burroughs School in St. Louis, Missouri, where he has worked for over 30 years. He is a co- creator of the Inclusivity Index, serves on the advisory council for the School at Columbia University, and has partnered with schools and organizations nationwide on issues of equity and inclusion. He is also a certified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory and provides intercultural coaching.
